Age Concern Kingston Upon Thames Age & Youth School-Based Project
To enable older people to volunteer their skills, talents, knowledge and experience in order to support primary school children with their learning and the children to benefit from the expertise and positive role models provided by the older volunteers. 

Airdrie Music Project
The main objects of the group are to encourage young people in Airdrie and surrounding areas to express themselves through music. The group also provides facilities and equipment for young people.

The Blakeney Neighbourhood Housing Society
Its aim is to help preserve one of the most beautiful villages in North Norfolk, by converting old cottages to provide affordable housing for local families.

Cornwall Blind Association provides services, support and advice to visually impaired people and provides support across the county and aims to provide services to people of all ages and backgrounds.

Crawley and Horsham Home-Start
The aim of the group is to provide support to parents with young children who are coping with stressful situations. The idea behind the scheme is that if parents feel that their support needs are being met, they can, in turn, better meet the needs of their children and it is also hoped that the support provided can help to prevent crises developing and the breakdown of family life.

For people at a vulnerable time of life, Cruse Bereavement Care Isle of Man exists to promote the well-being of bereaved people, and to enable anyone bereaved by death to understand their grief and cope with their loss.

The helping hands project offers gardening service to people who are elderly, disabled or disadvantaged in some way, i.e lone parents, those on low incomes, victims of crime. 

Hi Kent Volunteer Visting Scheme
To patiently explain, demonstrate and train deaf and hard of hearing to insert and use their hearing aids, enable to use their aids to the best advantage, provide clinics across Kent to maintain these aids by cleaning, re-tubing, checking batteries and to pick up any problems with the aids at the outset.

Headway Bristol, The Brain Injury Association
To provide early and ongoing support, assist the brain injured to return to the community, promote understanding and awareness of aspects of brain injury and to increase knowledge of the range and duration of the needs of people with brain injury. 

Home-Start Banbury and Chipping Norton
Offers friendship and informal support to parents with young children, so that every child can have a good start in life. 

Holy Trinity Meeting Place
They provide friendship and a hot meal and drinks to the homeless in a relaxed Christian atmosphere.

H.O.P.E. (Hospitalfield Organic Produce Enterprise) Trust
A group which works with adults with learning disabilities teaching them gardening skills and producing organic vegetables.

Les Bourgs Hospice
Les Bourgs is a Christian Hospice, we wish to provide and opportunity for enhancement of quality of life for those people of the Bailiwick of  Guernsey who are living with cancer and other life-threatening  illnesses that are no longer responsive to curative treatments and support their families  

London Lesbian and Gay Switchboard
Aims to provide 24 hour access to high quality information support and referral for the empowerment of all lesbian and gay men and anyone who needs to consider lesbian and gay issues.

Newport Cottage Care Centre Trust
The trust provides day care facilities for the elderly people in the community.

Norfolk and Norwich Families' House
Dedicated to improving the quality of life of vulnerable children and their families by meeting their specific needs. Provide a family support service, such as a befriending scheme, parent support groups and one-to-one family support. Also provides a supervised contact service, which is normally referred by the family court, social service or other partner agencies where there is medium to high risk to children following family breakdown. Supervised contact in a neutral, comfortable environment for children ages under 18 to meet their parents or other relatives they are separated from.

The provision of a voluntary-operated independent, local radio station for the county of Angus. It promotes health, welfare, voluntary organisations, educational establishments and the local economy.

To provide free of charge, riding sessions for children and adults with special needs in a safe environment.

Free canal cruising in Scotland for disabled people

The Sheffield Association for People with Cerebral Palsy Sports Club
To promote sporting opportunities for the association members, promote well being, confidence and self-esteem, offer competitive sports, social functions, and empower the clubs members to be involved in all aspects of the organisation. 

Sir Michael Sobell House
They provide care and help to patients in the hospice.

St Augustine's Centre, Halifax
Provide a local resource with a range of activities and services for parents and children in the community with a current emphasis on work with refugees and asylum seekers.

The St George's Recreation ground and Public Hall
To provide recreational facilities for the people of the area of the former Oakengates Urban District Council, but in particular the areas of St George's and Priorslee. 

Swaythling Neighbourhood Centre
The main aim of the group is to manage and maintain a community facility to enable organisations, clubs and local people to use / provide a range of low cost and inclusive activities and central meeting place for the area. 

The Tilbury Riverside Project
The main aim of the Tilbury Riverside Project is environmental regeneration. The group aims to promote and encourage awareness and pride amongst the residents and community of Tilbury, especially through the regeneration and use of the common land riverfront and wonderful historical features in the town. 

Truro Gateway Club
They provide leisure and pleasure opportunities for people with learning disabilities.

Tynemouth Volunteer Life Brigade
Assist in the saving of life on the local coastline, through shipwreck or otherwise. Maintain and repair the Tynemouth Volunteer Life Brigade headquarters, attended to its preservation. Develop Brigades historical artefacts and look after museum. Involved in museum visits and lectures etc.

Vale Royal Disability Services
This group was set up to provide accurate information to empower physically disabled people, their families and carers

Waveney Stardust
Benefits disabled people of all ages unable to embark on the surrounding waterways. It provides a purpose built day cruiser suited for wheel chair users with all other aids necessary for day trips

Women's Enterprising Breakthrough
WEB’s aims: Education and support for local women and to provide a high quality service to woman, opportunities to explore personal choices and further their personal development, the time, space and flexible support to regain confidence and self-esteem and to promote opportunities for developing women’s personal skills to enable them to get more from their life.

Woodlands Hospice Charitable Trust
Aim is to improve the quality of life for people living with cancer and other life threatening illnesses and also support their families and friends.

Worcestershire Pre-school Learning Alliance VIP Special Needs Scheme
To ensure the inclusion of pre-school children with a disability and/or illness into community pre-school provisions and to then support the children, their families and the provision accommodating the child.

Youth Action Ltd
The independent community organisation works with young people from 8-24 yrs across Blackburn and Darwen. Offers young people activities which motivate, educate and allow them to be productive in their spare time. Improves the quality of life for young people and the whole community. Activities promote self help, empowerment and team work. Enhances multicultural understanding and mutual respect. Enabling positive change.
